DD16 – Wrap up!

Happy New Year! I’m glad that this weird and tumultuous 2016 is now behind us and we get the chance to start fresh once more.

There’s this tradition on New Year’s Day that I love: watching the Annual Philarmonic Orchestra in Vienna. Well it’s mostly because I love the ballet part of it, and we normally watch it while preparing toasts and canapes for lunch. Gosh it was so cold. We don’t have a lot of heating and if it’s windy it gets really quite cold. Blankets at the ready!

The animals have settled back in nicely and are as happy as usual!

This marks the end of a first DD album. I’m super proud to have blocked in the time to do it and finish it, and I’m already looking forward to the next one.

This blog name comes from the day after the 1st January. I felt so happy, fulfilled and content with scrapbooking that I thought I would definitely make it a big part of my time from now on. I decided that when I filled in my yearly goals on the second of January (which is 2 janvier in my native French).

Hope to see you in the next scrapbook pages!
